What is a Mom Mixer?
Mom Mixers provide a fun, warm, and welcoming space to build relationships so young moms can feel valued and experience the care and encouragement of the church.
They’re casual fun monthly events like painting, cookie decorating, bouquet making, and more planned entirely by ANEW Ministries. These gatherings open the door for real relationships to grow!
When and Where are Mom Mixers?
Once a month for two hours. During the school year, Mom Mixers are located inside a local church. During the summer months, they’re located at parks across NWI.
Why are Mom Mixers located at a church?
- Because the church body can introduce young moms to EVERYTHING a young mom needs!
- ANEW Ministries knows the local church is the best place for young moms to find lasting community, encouragement, and support. Many of these young moms are searching for connection, and by welcoming them into the church, we create a space where they can build relationships, experience God’s love, and discover a support system that extends beyond a single event. The church isn’t just a venue- it’s a place of belonging, hope, and the transformation found only in Jesus Christ.
Can my church host a Mom Mixer?
Absolutely! Local churches supply one large room for fellowship with tables and seating. Churches also supply a few volunteers. We supply the decor, food, and all the other materials needed.
We ask volunteers to come a bit early to receive instructions, pray together, and get a t-shirt to wear for the event. Volunteers just participate in the activities and engage in conversation with moms! The goal is to connect HER with YOU!

Neon Night Mom Mixer
Weds January 14 6-8pm
Hey Mama! It’s your time to shine.
Come light up the evening at Neon Night, a bright, hangout made for moms to relax, laugh, and connect.
We’ll have neon bracelet making, neon makeovers, fun crafts and activities, glowing décor, and light snacks — plus plenty of time to just be with other moms who get it.
*New in 2026: If you are in attendance by 6:10, you’ll be entered into an additional giftcard giveaway at our mixers! Woot!
