Munster Church
My name is Cheyanne and I am the program director for the weekly mentoring program in Munster.
I grew up in the Crown Point area until we moved to Schererville my senior year of high school. After graduating I went on to Purdue Northwest, Purdue Calumet at the time. I began to study early education and special education until God made it very clear that being a teacher wasn’t my call in life- but He placed me at Purdue for an even greater reason. That is where I met my husband, Colin. We were engaged and married 14 months later!
After getting married, and having our first daughter Emilia I decided to finish school at Indiana University Northwest. I graduated with my bachelors in English Literature. At that point we had our second daughter, Aspen. I was blessed with the opportunity to be a stay at home mom which is what I still currently do full time! We now have three kids, and I spend the majority of my time chasing my son Weston around.
When he is napping, I enjoy making bread and other baked goods. I also enjoy reading, gardening and just spending my time outside.
My family and I have been attending Munster church for a little under 6 years now. I am our church representative for the Illiana Right to Life Committee where I serve as co-treasurer as well!
I am blessed to take on this role as program director for this program in Munster!
